Teaching for the junior doctors takes place every Wednesday afternoon in the department's library on the 13th floor (West wing). A consultant will chair the meeting and present a talk, as will two juniors per week. The topics for discussion are selected in advance and published on the teaching rota. Juniors should discuss with the allocated consultant what topics they are to prepare when it is their turn to present.

In addition, there are monthly half day education sessions for the whole department.
